The Keepme Antares and Resamania integration connects Resamania with Antares. So, you can deploy AI agents that work with your existing software, data, and workflows.

For many operators, the first use case is Nova, the sales agent. Once connected, Nova can engage prospects in real-time, answer sales questions, qualify intent, and guide them towards booking a tour or trial. This helps you handle every enquiry quickly and consistently, even outside staffed hours.

Resamania provides important operational context, such as leads, enquiries, schedules, and member status. By integrating with Resamania, Antares can support a more connected member journey from enquiry to booking, helping you reduce friction and convert more interest.

As you mature in your use of Antares, the same platform can support additional use cases across inbound voice, member services, retention, and AI search visibility.

How to get started

  1. Get in touch with your Resamania Customer Success Manager (or contact our sales team here) to let them know you’re interested in the integration
  2. With introductions made, Keepme will work with you to identify the best starting use case. For many operators, this will be Nova for member acquisition, with the option to activate additional Antares agents as your AI strategy develops
  3. You will then move through Keepme’s supported onboarding process. Antares is configured around your brand, tone of voice, pricing, memberships, policies, offers, FAQs, escalation rules, and operational workflows. Existing website content, sales scripts, approved knowledge, and business rules can all be used to train and configure the agent
  4. The technical setup is then completed based on the channels and workflows you choose to deploy. This may include webchat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or voice, all supported by Keepme during onboarding
  5. The Resamania integration is enabled to connect relevant enquiry, lead, scheduling, and workflow data, allowing Antares to support real-time engagement and booking journeys where configured
  6. Before full rollout, Keepme supports testing, validation and optimisation to make sure the agent is accurate, on-brand, and performing as expected

After launch, Keepme continues to support monitoring, refinement and optimisation, helping you get the most from Antares as your use of AI expands.
