- With introductions made, Keepme will work with you to identify the best starting use case. For many operators, this will be Nova for member acquisition, with the option to activate additional Antares agents as your AI strategy develops
- You will then move through Keepme’s supported onboarding process. Antares is configured around your brand, tone of voice, pricing, memberships, policies, offers, FAQs, escalation rules, and operational workflows. Existing website content, sales scripts, approved knowledge, and business rules can all be used to train and configure the agent
- The technical setup is then completed based on the channels and workflows you choose to deploy. This may include webchat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or voice, all supported by Keepme during onboarding
- The Resamania integration is enabled to connect relevant enquiry, lead, scheduling, and workflow data, allowing Antares to support real-time engagement and booking journeys where configured
- Before full rollout, Keepme supports testing, validation and optimisation to make sure the agent is accurate, on-brand, and performing as expected
